Refund policy

All orders are final sales, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time, especially for items with torn labels.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Claims for damaged items must include clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number and photos of the item’s condition when received. Without this information, we cannot process your request. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, striving for a satisfactory resolution. Our decision on whether to accept the return is final, and we aim to resolve each case fairly and promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is defective or damaged, we will address the issue as described above.
